The theme of this trip was #collaboration. We need to stop viewing others in our lanes as competition. Opportunities are ABUNDANT. Genuine connections aren't.

Crachad Laing and the folks at STEMGroup showed me TOO much love in the Bahamas this week!

In addition to revealing our playbooks to each other, we did some amazing #STEM work with Bahamian #students and #educators and had an incredible time doing it.

Happy to say I've gained some new family overseas. Thanks to all of yall for believing in our collective vision. I miss yall already! 😢
