When I first approached the #TEDx stage, I was ridiculously nervous!

After I left the stage, I never would've guessed my #TEDx Talk - How to Speak Generation Z; would reach over 200,000 people! It is now rapidly approaching a quarter-million!

The YouTube algorithm gave me an early birthday present!

I wish someone would have told me; it's OKAY to be nervous! As a speaker, the nervousness never entirely goes away. To me, a certain level of pre-speech anxiety is a clear indication of investment in the outcome.
