I've brought my #STEM message to young people across the globe.

When I began my mission of empowering young people with #STEAM, I thought most of my time would be spent convincing them that STEM is worth their time.

In many places, I found young people that already get it!

They simply haven't seen a clear pathway to STEM Success for people that look like them.

As educators, advocates and STEM professionals, I believe we should all be outspoken role models and door-openers. We should constantly share our personal stories, the good and the bad!

Don't keep quiet STEM folks! Your stories are more valuable than you'd ever think!
