Technologies like GPT-3 will continue to increase the user-friendliness of coding to the point where most people can build apps.

Very similar to how Squarespace and Wix allow most people to build websites without HTML or CSS knowledge.

Steve Jobs's vision for user-friendly technology was far more pervasive than I think even he imagined.

Arguably- we will continue to move towards convenience until we reach the singularity - a point in which humans and our technology are indistinguishable from one another.
