I'm building up the mental and physical stamina

This morning, I ran 10 miles!

I'm building up the mental and physical stamina to run a marathon next year!

It's easy to develop the misconception that exercising for long periods of time will only drain your energy. Especially if you're an already-busy person.

We all sometimes feel "too busy" to work out. This frequently leads to deprioritizing healthy habits, feeling weaker and reduced morale. This can make us feel less energized.

In addition to being on my bucket list for quite some time, I've always appreciated how rewarding running is for my mental health.

For the past 2 months, I've conquered the voice in my head that says "you should stop, you can't finish this". Combined with a healthy dose of natural endorphins, I feel superhuman at the end of my runs!

As I'm stepping into scaling my business, a marathon mentality is needed. I must commit to long-term goals, stay with problems for longer, and stand the test of time. What better way to achieve a marathon mentality than actually running one!

I used to think that 80% of my time needed to be spent working to succeed. Now I realize how revitalizing it can be to dedicate some of that 80% to health and self-care instead.

What activities help you all get into a better headspace?
