I ran into Cathie Wood at the airport on the way to filming our next PBS show this weekend.

She was a class act! As someone with a #brand that's growing, I increasingly pay attention to the way superstars like her gracefully handle unsolicited social interactions. She stayed and spoke with us until she almost missed her flight!

I believe a great personal brand is comprised of both great online presence and in-person presence. Definitely food for thought!
