I always like to end my year by creating two learning lists.

One learning list includes the things I've learned this past year.

This year, it includes:

-Creating smart #contracts and launching an #NFT project

-#Pitching, selling, producing and distributing a #science TV Show

-Hiring contractors and outsourcing #content creation

The other includes what I'd like to learn more about next year.

Next year, I'd like to learn:

-Hiring & maintaining multiple #employees

-How to create passive #income with royalties from intellectual property

-How to create more #business opportunities internationally

-How to build projects & create content in VR/AR environments

#Entrepreneurship has been an immensely challenging learning journey for me. At every stage of my business, I've been enthusiastic about learning new #skills and processes.

Stuff that may be boring to most, ie managing budgets, payroll systems, getting into the minutiae of contracts - will be necessary to take Fascinate to the next level.
