Honored to receive a Black Excellence award from The Gathering Spot LA this year!

Ironically, that's been a word I often find myself using these days. Along with the phrase "Standard of Excellence", which I have to thank my Alma mater, Hampton University for.

When you're a black-owned business, people may presume you're sub-par or a charity act, or even worse, the discount version of the "real thing".

But at Fascinate Media I've been determined to create a culture of excellence, and excellence ain't cheap!
