Had an amazing time speaking on #ForbesTheCulture's platform this week with Jalaal Hayes, PhD .

We discussed the importance of #tech in the context of #equity and #education.

Our main takeaway was that it's massively important for #corporations who are *truly* invested in uplifting communities of color to FUND the grassroots #stem initiatives that are being launched by individuals of color across the country.

Many times, we've already developed our own in-house solutions to issues such as the #STEM pipeline, career readiness and job attrition. For these individuals, a little funding could go a long way!
