Don't underestimate the #power of intangible things.

As an early-stage #entrepreneur, I am constantly pressured to showcase tangible #metrics and #stats.

How many people have you served? What percentage succeeded? What #skills did they learn?

But I attribute much of my success to intangible qualities like:

1) Positivity - Did people feel good after working with you?

2) Laughter - Do people laugh and enjoy your product/service?

3) Care - Is it clear to people that you care about what you do?

As 2019 kicks off, don't forget how important it is to feel good and spread the vibe to others!

Positivity can be infectious.
