Attending the Forbes Under 30 Summit in Cleveland

I was reminded of a valuable lesson while attending the Forbes Under 30 Summit in Cleveland, OH this week:

Whenever you attend massive conferences where you're unlikely to meet all attendees, quality trumps quantity every time.

I sought deep, meaningful interactions with 3-5 new people, regardless of industry.

In the short term, it may be unclear how we can add value to each other's lives.

At this stage of my career, true allies and friendships have the most long-term value. We'll figure out the business on the backend.
